Poor

Liked: The office and the room were clean and well-put-together, which was a plus. However, I was disappointed to find that the pool was full of leaves, flowers, and bugs. I had hoped to enjoy a relaxing stay at this place, but the pool conditions were disappointing. Additionally, our key to our room consistently stopped working when we returned from getting food or going out. We had to ask the staff multiple times to reload the key to gain access to our room.

Blah. I told everyone not...

Liked: the cashier was nice
Disliked: I walked in and was not happy with how dim the lobby was, the elevator smelled bad, the cashier was nice but my room did not look like the photo at all. Looked like a hookup hotel and I believe this one had at least 3 stars online when I booked it. Seemed more like a 1 star
