Liked: No hot water, so couldn’t have a shower or bath. Phone didn’t work. Staff opened our door at 8:30am

Liked: Easily accessible, can even walk to the train if needed, clean and plenty of parking
Disliked: Staff didn't acknowledge when entering or even when standing at the counter, had headphones in watching videos on phone
