Liked: This business is fraudulent and disgusting. If you book here they will refuse your check in and attempt to steal your money. Also the building looks run down and is dirty with roaches and litter. The air around the building smells like black and mild smoke.

Poor

Disliked: I had slipped on the floor multiple times and actually ended up bruising my thigh on the metal bed frame. I many many things were busted up and looked poorly repaired. The neighboring room left fairly early in the evening because they said they saw bed bugs. My partner's key didn't work. The AC in the lobby was busted and it was extraordinarily uncomfortable. I also believe one of them pillows was stained

Disliked: Sketchy area and people all around. The “secure” entrance door where you’re supposed to have a key to enter was broken so anybody could walk in. The pillows were a poor excuse for a pillow, they were more like squished down half pillows—awful! The phone was just for show—didn’t work at all. We were short one towel even though my reservation was for four people, we only received three, but couldn’t call housekeeping without a working phone. The bathroom door was the wrong size for the frame so wouldn’t shut all the way. That was a bit awkward since my son’s girlfriend was staying with us and she could hear all of us peeing! The toilet wouldn’t flush either. The A/C was working but the bed only had a sheet and a super crappy decorative throw over top so we froze all night. This place had decent reviews, but wasn’t worth the $100+ I spent.
