Liked: What breakfast?
Disliked: Little things like, towel rack broken, no blankets.worn carpeting in hallway. Outside appearance needs some better landscaping

Liked: Friendly staff, clean and pretty comfortable room.
Disliked: Breakfast could have been better. No milk for the cereal, no coffee, no waffle mix, no fruit. The coffee and waffle mix was refilled after we asked for it.

Disliked: The property was disgusting room was disgusting no blankets urine/feces and hairs and dirt in bathroom, holes in walls, fingerprints everywhere. As we were leaving there was an arrest in the parking lot. Are you kidding me we were stranded every hotel sold out we would have moved - absolutely worst hotel I have been to.

Desk clerk was great…room was...
Liked: We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel.
Disliked: We are in age from 71, 62 78 and 76. We had NO OFFER of getting our suitcases up two flights of steps! At the top of the steps I KNEW WE WERE IN TROUBLE because the hallway was nasty! Food substance on the carpet. NO IFEA OF WHEN, HOW MANY DAYS OR VEN WEEKS SINCE THE HALLWAY WAS Vacuumed! Just dirty. Inside the room, the door inside the bathroom was absolutely filthy, as well as the walls of the shower. My family has owned hotels for over 30 years, therefore I knew to check the filters in the heating-cooling system. I pulled them out and they were FULL OF LINT, DIRT, and only God knows what else! I took them to the bathroom and washed them…if I were asked to rate this room from 1-10 I’d give it a -10!
