Liked: The location is central
Disliked: This is the second time I’ve stayed probably be the last if I’m honest. When booking a room with a young child I was given a room with stairs(not ideal) and when I went back to reception the only way to get another room was pay an additional $60 for the night to get adjoyning rooms. The rooms themselves seemed as though they hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly in a while. One of the rooms had a dirty tissue and other stuff under the bed definitely won’t be back.

Liked: Great location and close to Sovereign hill, shops etc. Very clean and spacious - Very big bathroom with a great shower.Quiet location.
Disliked: Did not find anything that we were not happy with.

Liked: Big room, great location. Comfortable bed. Great rates for the room we had. Could faintly hear the trains but not a problem as they dont go all night. Can walk to pubs, fast food, restaurants and supermarkets are really close by. Would definitely stay here again if we are in Ballarat again.
Disliked: The reception was closed, when we arrived at around 4pm so you have to call to get the pass code for the key lockbox.

Very good location for exploring...

Liked: Room modern and comfortable. Check-in was super quick, all staff very friendly. Location good.
Disliked: No complaints.

Willl definitely be staying here...

Liked: Size of room, clean and tidy
Disliked: Could have had access to Netflix on TV is only complaint
