Lovely relaxing weekend in Ballarat.

Liked: Easy check in and check out. Very comfortable stay in a spacious room. Towels changed daily. Great central location. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Just that a staff member entered the room on the day of checkout before we were ready to vacate. It was at around 8.30 when checkout was at 10am. Not sure what he wanted. He was either asking about the key card or our car.

dirty shower alcove

Liked: bed was very comfortable
Disliked: we stayed in room 23. the shower alcove needed a very deep clean as the lowest white tile had brown scum on it and the grout had orange mould on it, which to me is a sign of not being cleaned properly for a very long time. the van above shower alcove was also filthy with brown dust stuck on it
