Staff is Wonderful

Liked: The staff was very friendly and professional
Disliked: The TV kept freezing up,AC unit sound like it was going to tear up! The comforter had cigarettes holes in it!!!!

Disliked: Staff was not very compassionate. Asked for lower level. Denied. For two people only one key card.

Pleasant

Liked: Had 2 visits Saturday and then the following Friday. First visit rooms were on 2 different floors and quite a ways apart. The second visit the rooms were on the first floor but on opposite sides of the motel. The atmosphere on the second visit felt very unsafe.
Disliked: See above comment.
