Liked: The property was convenient and available on short notice. The staff was friendly at our late check in.
Disliked: My first trip down the hall after check in I passed dog poop. It was later picked up but was off putting. The day we checked out there were two housekeepers not wearing or improperly wearing masks while cleaning rooms and the front desk clerk was engaged in conversation with a woman not wearing a mask - in light of the rampant public health crisis and pandemic, pretty disappointing and concerning.

Very disappointed...

Liked: Filled out the breakfast form,,not 1 item I checked off was available..substituted poor options...no milk for cereal ...really?
Disliked: Blood stains on bed spread and curtains..1 straight back dining chair for sitting,1 cable movie channel, room very small..I booked a suite with a jetted tub,,,I got a small king room with jetted tub...definitely not a suite!

Worth what I paid for..

Liked: The Room was nice, the Jacuzzi in the Room was nice, the Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast was a Lil skimpy.

Poor

Disliked: Guest service was awful. Lady at the desk had a hard time doing her job. Found red stains on the sheets. Sheets were forgotten about til I reminded lady at the desk. House keeping didn't do a full service request like asked. Slept with dirty sheets and showered with dirty towels cause no one brought them to our room when requested
