Liked: Location was perfect for beach access. Don’t eat breakfast, I intermittent fast.
Disliked: No lights in stair wells & breeze ways. My wife has low vision & has to use a cane.

Liked: The only positive point was the young lady at breakfast, who was very kind and attentive. Her service really stood out in an otherwise disappointing stay.
Disliked: Unfortunately, I didn’t have a good experience at this hotel. The first room I was given had a strong moldy smell, and when I asked to change, the new room also had mold and an even worse cigarette smell.Even though the hotel claims to be non-smoking, people were smoking everywhere, which made the stay very uncomfortable.

Exactly as billed

Liked: Great location and near a boardwalk that you can take to the beach! Staff were all great and had a good demeanour. Coffee was available at all times when the lobby was open!
Disliked: Breakfast was oddly laid out. It was somewhat difficult to move around to each food area if there were many people there. Another thing, which the hotel cannot control, is that most of the guests were smoking just outside of their rooms, which could be smelled in the guest rooms.
