Disliked: There was a dirty wash rag in the bathroom upon our arrival. Everyone makes mistakes.

I would stay here again.

Liked: Location was perfect for the things I needed to do in Springfield. The attendant at breakfast was friendly and helpful. I noticed that many of the other guests enjoyed chatting with her. She was a bright and positive way to start the day and she kept an ample supply of food available.
Disliked: The bathroom could have been cleaner, not just one day but all days.

Liked: The women working the front desk and breakfast room were exceptionally helpful and friendly! Easy location to reach from the highway. Very reasonable price.

Disliked: There is a urine/algae/mold ring in the pool, and at the top of the water line. The jacuzzi is murky and cloudy at BEST. There was hair and dirt in our shower, crumbs and garbage in the room. The comforters had holes and food on them when we first arrived,. Just gross. My daughters birthday was 4.14 and she was super disappointed she couldnt swim because of the unfortunate state of the water, pool, and jacuzzi, and So was I. We will never come here again.

Liked: We could not stay at the property as the smell of smoke was so strong. We want a refund
Disliked: The smell of smoke was so strong we could not stay. The ceiling looked like it was caving there was not drawer in the side table, like someone had stolen it. The doors to the rooms were not secure. The hallways were dirty
