Disliked: no pop machine to get pop or water. there was someone sleeping in the bathroom on main level (homeless or a crackhead)

Liked: The staff were patient and willing to help when my card got deactivated for some reason
Disliked: The hotel bathroom door had damage. The bathroom mirror had black circles on it. One of the comforters had dried blood. Another comforter had like dried liquid/food and not enough room to maneuver in the bathroom. And no fruit in for any of the breakfasts. Outside had tons of dog poop and cigarette butts and trash on the ground.

Disliked: The managers arguing with another customer while I was waiting to check out, mediocre breakfast, a bit outdated

Caused damage to my lungs

Disliked: Was put in smoking room and it was horrendous, we were all coughing all night and couldn’t sleep. The booking was not clear about this I would have NEVER agreed to be in a smoking room. The hotel knew this right away when we checked in apologizing and blaming it on the 3p booking.
