Liked: I liked the location and the staff was kind.
Disliked: Only had three sets of towels when arriving, needed 5. We stayed for two nights. I had requested extra towels the first night. I was told they outsourced there linen service and never received extra towels at all. I had to go purchase my own at the local Walmart so we could all wash. BOTH nights! Also utilized the pull out bed I. The dining room in our suite and was never given sheets or blankets due to the same reason as the towels. Also floors were sticky, and dirty. Bathroom had no ventilation fan, it was even more sticky in the bathroom. Room was not wheel chair accessible even after requesting a room that’s wheelchair accessible. Huge lip of concrete to get into doorway very unsafe for wheelchairs. Was not a pleasant stay to say the least. Never will recommend this place.

Disliked: Everything. Soo much noise. It was unbearable.

Disliked: Everything. Our room had not been cleaned in months. Even the toilet had mildew stains. No handles on the sink. Dirty sheets full of dog hair. Counters were filthy. We didn’t even use the shower it was so gross. And it’s heavily dowsed in strong laundry fragrance to cover it up. don’t stay here. Not even worth $10

Liked: The location is easy access to downtown, airport, highway, but nothing about this property is likeable.
Disliked: Absolutely disgusting property. There is a toxic chemical smell as soon as you walk in the door which is ironic because nothing at this property appears clean. The walls and carpets are dirty and beat up leading to the rooms. Inside the rooms, every surface was covered in dust and other people's hair. The linens appeared to be clean but otherwise this place is disgusting. I spoke to the front desk attendant and she gave me a blank stare. No apology or attempt to make things right/clean. I asked for a manager and told was told there wasn't one available. In no reality is this place worth $270 a night!

Liked: Convenient to activities
Disliked: Filthy! The tub was marred with soap scum. The carpets were gooey with dirt. Sink had debris like toothpaste all over it. Toilet was sticky. Room needed a good dusting. Fingerprints were all over the doors, walls, surfaces, lamps, phone and switches. There was sticky drink rings left on surfaces. There was no chair. Paper cups appeared used. I had to wipe everything down first.

Disliked: Heavy heavy use of air freshener, fabric cleanser… hair hanging out of bathroom hinges. Black hairs scattered across bed sheets. Had to get new bedding in order to stay. Mo staff at desk for checkout, just a sign saying not available
