Liked: Good location on road trip. Adequate facilties for the price.
Disliked: Quite tired and breakfast was a little limited. Pool area not great

Stay away from this place.

Liked: Nothing. The sheets were covered with hair. I went down to the front desk woman. I showed her pictures of the sheets. She said she would give me another room. She left the front desk. After several minutes, I went to look for her. I found her upstairs, at my room, unaccompanied by anyone, including me. She said she wanted to make sure the photos were of the sheets. My things, including medication, had been moved. When asked , she yelled and threw 1 card at me (for the dirty room). I called the police. They spoke with her while I was in the room. The police came to the room and said it was private property and she said I had to leave. I did. She refused to issue a refund and charged me for my dog, a service dog. I called the manager the next business day. According to him, she told people I had threatened to call ICE and immigration on her. Never said or thought that (clearly 1st language Spanish with tattoos everywhere including knuckles and a confrontational personality). I started video recording this interaction shortly after she began screaming that I was rude to complain about the sheets. I never raised my voice or threatened anything. It was midnight. I had just driven 450 miles. I just wanted to sleep. I will submit the videos to owner for refund request. BBB and bank if he declines.
Disliked: See above. Stay away from this place. It took me until 2am to find another hotel with a vacancy.

Liked: Hotel was clean and breakfast was decent. Staff were very friendly and there are quite a few amenities.
Disliked: The indoor pool was not heated and our tub could have used some repairs.
