Dissapointing

Liked: The night staff and cleaners were very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: It was under construction, and as a disabled traveler it was very difficult for me. One elevator which i asked to be close to was not accommodated, the advertisement has a pool that was not open, my room had neither a closet or even a rack or hooks to hang clothes. The water pressure was too weak to shower so I had to use the bathtub which was difficult without proper safety bar placement. Not enough staff to help with bags, and no ramp close to the covered entrance for a walker or wheelchair.

Liked: Comfortable clean very friendly staff.
Disliked: It is a very neat place. Especially if they get the pool back up and going. We were a little disappointed that it was not open.

Very dishonest management.

Disliked: They did not tell us pool was closed until after they took money and it smelled horrible . We did not stay. Management was talking to each other in a different language about my payment refund (I guess)Then they told Booking.com that they refunded money to us. It shows refunded then it showed where they took two unauthorized payments - one for $60 and another for $24.02. Sum it up they stole off of my card. Very unhappy with this place.

Disliked: I left and came back and my door was open. Even though I locked it. Staff didnt seem concerned. I wasn't offered another room or anything to make me feel better. They give you very few towels. Breakfast was terrible. The gravy tasted like flour paste and they eggs were soaked in water. The furniture was all stained up and chipped. Hardly anywhere to plug anything in and the coffee pot was in the bathroom. One very dim light then a couple lamps. There were black widow spiders outside our door.
