Disliked: Air conditioner not working properly all that was offered was a box fan, staff at front desk was rude went to check out taking 10 seconds the staff rolled his eyes threw his hands up in the air and told a guest I will be with you in a second when all I was doing was turning the keys back in.

Disappointing

Liked: Nothing worse than after a long day of traveling to have to wait 5 hours for your room to be ready. I arrived at 4 pm and my room wasn't available until 9 pm!Was planning on staying here on the return trip, but I already booked another hotel.The staff were very nice and apologetic, but it didn't make up for the 5 hours of waiting for my room. Also, the breakfast options in the morning were underwhelming.It's a good reason to pick the free cancelation option with Bookings.

Liked: It is a good location, excellent and helpful staff.
Disliked: Unfortunately, our room was over the atrium area and a group partied out there all night long. We could hear them and it disrupted our sleep.
