The hotel was super good.

Liked: Neat, friendly staff. Breakfast was nice and yummy.

Pleasant

Liked: Pet friendly. Medium bar fridge and microwave in room. Direct access from ground floor room to parking spot in front of room. Convenient, quiet location off highway near gas and groceries without being in the busy city of St John.
Disliked: Carpet in this room. Smelled like decades-old smoke and room freshener.No guest laundry in this facility: very frustrating for multiple night stay.

Good not great

Liked: Food was warm well presented and tasty
Disliked: We were informed on arrival that we were not entitled to sr discount or CAA because we booked through booking.com. Our room looked onto the air conditioning units that provided no view and were loud.
