Liked: Breakfast was as expected. Enjoyed the waffle machine a lot! Bed was very comfortable and room was spacious.
Disliked: Obvious smell of tobacco in non-smoking room. Was told before arriving that we would not need to pay a pet fee, then a day after checking in we were told we needed to pay for our dog (not due to damages, but simply the “mandatory pet fee”). Hotel manager created a headache for us and made us feel uncomfortable to leave our room/pass the front desk. Showed manager our request and the response indicating there was no fee, to which he admitted it was a mistake/mix up, but still insisted we needed to pay? Clearly they had a miscommunication with Booking.com and needed to clear that up with them, not the innocent customer. Had to call booking.com to sort it out, which still didn’t end the manager from trying to get us to pay the fee at check out to which we refused.

Transient Hotel - Not very...

Liked: Friendly staff - Easy to find - Parking was convenient - Nice lobby
Disliked: ENTIRE hotel smells like weed. Room was issued but not ready. No washcloths. Tiny cheap (flat) pillows. Cigarette burns in comforter. Toenails in chair. Terrible WiFi. Ice smelled like mold. Crumbs on furniture. Cheap innerspring mattress.

Disliked: The ac/heat unit in our room didn’t work. Called maintenance- they came in and unplugged it and plugged it back in and said it was fixed. Was stuck on 90.

Very dirty and poorly maintained.

Liked: Bed seemed clean.
Disliked: Black mold on doors of closet. Shower handle fell off, heating system cover was off. Floor were dirty.

Disliked: Snot on wall, blood on the sheets, bugs crawling on pillows of both beds. Was relocated to a new room and there was food on the cover of one of the beds and still bugs on the bed.
