Quality Inn & Suites Prestonsburg next to Mountain Arts Center

I wouldn't waste my money.

Liked: Location wasn't bad.
Disliked: -Bed was basically like sleeping on a rock. -The pull out had hair and grime on it. -The room smelled like they sprayed a gallon of fruity pebble febreeze to cover the smell. -The desk clerk was literally asleep when I got there. Covered up in a blanket in the office behind the desk in plain sight. Had zero interest in checking me in. Went back to sleep after. I left about two hours into it, never even turned down the covers. Considering asking for a refund.

My travel experience to prestonsburg...

Liked: The location of the hotel was great. Only 3 hotels to choose from this one was the best price. Had to get a second room and was glad they had some available.
Disliked: The first thing is that some of the fixtures in my room needed to be fixed. Second, the phone system needed to be addressed it didn't work in the morning. Breakfast was not good. Very little to choose from. Housekeeping didn't clean the 2nd room that I purchased for my wife's and mother in law stay. No tag was placed on the door. Was very disappointed this time.
