Disliked: We were attending a burial, we called a week in advance for a cot as my mother in law was thinking of joining. No cots available so the moved us to a room with a sofa...no sofa. My mother in law slept in a chair. Room smelled must and like stale cogarettes.

Liked: Quiet, looks recently updated and they were painting the hallways when we were there. Much improved.

Liked: Staff for food and as nice. Water was hot.
Disliked: On my 2nd stay July 26-29 I had some issues. The first room was a tripler red flag. Broken door. The bottom half of the door appeared to have been kicked in at one point and was still broken. There were red stains in multiple places in a dripPattern. My kids thought someone had died in the room. I was later informed it was red dye. My kids were scared. I went toCall front desk, the phone was dead. Checked it was plugged in and still dead. Kids and I walked across parking lot in the dark to ask for a different room. Luckily a room was available. Got keys walked back w luggage. Let didn’t work. We all walked back for new keys. Walked back in dark w luggage. Keys again didn’t work. Called w my cell front desk. He sent someone as we waited by the new room. Key arrived and it worked. Once in my daughter went to lock the door. Latch would not turn. Swing latch was also missing. Upper door swing arm broken off. My daughter 14 wanted to use bathroom. We realized the door was missing. I moved the tall wardrobe near the bathroom so we could use the wardrobe door as a sudo privacy door. We were tired I convinced my kids to stay in room my daughter scared asked me to move the wardrobe to barricade the room door due to the broken latch.
