I loved the spacious rooms and hallway. I also enjoyed having breakfast available from 7:00-10:00. The fruit was fresh and the hot food was delicious.

Liked: My stay at the Southfork in Plano was very positive.

Liked: The property was great, but Booking.com never notified us by email so we had no idea of our confirmation number on the night of August 7. We had to stay elsewhere but we wanted to stay at this property so we booked again for the night of August 8. Still waiting on Booking.com to arrange our refund since they dropped the ball by not notifying us of our hotel name on Aug 7th. Don’t know what happened but they really need to fix that.
Disliked: It was fine. No problems on the second night when we were actually able to stay there.

Liked: I've stayed here a number of times when I visit relatives in Plano. It's an easy 1/2-mile walk from the Downtown Plano DART train stop. This time I was on the ground floor, room 126, in the back of the building. Very quiet. The room was large and clean. The included breakfast was acceptable. I had the small egg/cheese omelets, some plain oatmeal, yogurt, coffee, orange juice. (They also had sausages, make-your-own waffles, cereals, white bread toast.)

Comfortable, convenient stay in Plano.

Liked: We especially liked the cleanliness and comfort of the room overall. The bed was comfortable. This location is especially affordable and convenient to our travel to Plano. We have stayed here before and will stay again.
Disliked: Water pressure in shower was sub-par.
