Quality Inn & Suites Pittsburgh

First time staying here. I would definitely stay here again when an event is at the Pittsburgh Indoor Arena!

Liked: Great breakfast; seemed clean; nice staff.

Ok stay

Liked: Good location for eateries, fuel, and Target store close by
Disliked: Found a beer can on the bathtub/shower wall and trash on the TV stand, after checking in. Had bathtub but faucet wouldn't work to change from shower head to faucet.

Liked: NOTHING , THIS PLACE WAS TERRIBLE There was blood and human poop stains on the sheets - Hand prints on the mirrors with smears of human bodily fluids ! The pull out sofa was covered in urine and stains with zero sheets and blankets. The stains on the walls were disgusting .

Disliked: Staff at the front desk was not friendly. When I first walked in, it was a smell. I checked in at 2 p.m., and when I went up to my room, the staff was in there eating popeyes chicken and hadn't even begun to clean the room yet. I switched rooms, and when I went into that room, there were stains on the bed cover, stains in the sofa, and the bathroom was not that clean. Very unsatisfied!! Do not recommend!

Disliked: We walked in the room and turned around and went back to reception to check out. The room was very musty and was not appealing at all.

Quality Inn needs to update...

Liked: Our room carpet was wet and smelled of mold. Our initial room door’s peephole was just a hole. I had to cover it with a cup to not have anyone look inside our room. We finally requested another room when we found our fridge not working and filled with mold. In our new room, we found a used washcloth hanging in the shower.
Disliked: Lack of Cleanliness, moldy smell, the need for repairs
