Quality Inn & Suites Pittsburgh

First time staying here. I would definitely stay here again when an event is at the Pittsburgh Indoor Arena!

Liked: Breakfast was satisfying. The location is good to get to where you need to go.
Disliked: It could be a lot cleaner. You should really check behind your TV stands microwaves. Replace the shower heads that don't work properly.

Liked: The hotel was cheap and fairly easy to get to
Disliked: I didn't think to take photos, but both mattresses had stains all over. The springs in the mattresses were broken it misplaced. Metal objects like laps were rusting and paint was chipping. The vending machines were down and the over whelming smell of marijuana was icing on the cake.

Liked: Location was fine. Breakfast was iffy.
Disliked: Room was dirty, grounds were not safe. Receptionist was handing out room cards without checking info. Water was just dripping out of shower head- no water pressure at all. Floor was greasy and slippery. Would not stay here again.

Disliked: It was dirty, my room was non smoking but smelt like smoke! The socket plugs were hanging out the wall. There were stains on the chair and covers. And no lock on the door!

Liked: The bed was comfortable even with the handprints on the one pillow and bedspread. Very close to the conference I was heading to. Staff members were friendly. Coffee was good!
Disliked: Lifted the toilet seat and there were several pieces of toilet paper in the bowl! I went to Target and got disinfectant wipes to clean the room a bit just to be safe.
