Poor
Disliked: Room was not cleaned throughly, someone left old medication in nightstand. Pull out mattress was stained like someone had been killed on it, room was not stacked with sheets for it. Shower Curtin had stains, mold in bathroom sink, cob webs, window leaking, very small tv channel selection, no local tv to find out of any possible road closures due to storm

"Quality"
Liked: Staff was friendly. Reasonable price
Disliked: Location kind of sketchy. Room sub-par. Bathroom exhaust fan cover not attached. Toilet seat looked "melted" in spots. No water pressure in shower. Walls were visibly dirty. A/C outdated and struggled to keep room cold. Multiple light switches and outlets did not work. TV reception had a lot of static. Blankets looked thinner than the curtains

Disappointing
Liked: Location. That's it. Check in clerk was very friendly.
Disliked: Tv didn't work. Someone ( night time clerk) knocked on door at 1230am scared the shit out of us. Her response was " I wanted to see if anyone was in there" WHY??? The room also had a very funny strong smell.

A good value for the...
Liked: It's location was perfect for me as I had to head further north for several functions and south to the city for others. It was equidistant to both. It was easy to find. Several chain restaurants in the area. Relatively quiet. The room was exceptionally clean. Plenty of hangers in the open closet as well as an iron that I did not use. There were ample towels and washcloths in the bathroom as well as soap, shampoo, etc. The room had a microwave (I didn't use) and a larger, under counter refrigerator. The free breakfast was more than I had anticipated. Waffles you make yourself, scrambled eggs (I think they were powdered), sausage patties, bagels and breads, yogurt, fruitcups (no fresh fruit), coffee and juices. And, finally, the hotel price was good.
Disliked: Although the room was clean, it lacked in a few areas. It was difficult to close to drapes. Being on the first floor facing the parking lot and main entrance, I wanted my privacy. I had to reach all the way up to the top to tug and finally get them closed. I'm a tall person, but someone under 6 feet would have had difficulty or would have had to stand on a chair. There were coffee packets, sugar and cream but no coffee maker. The blow dryer in the bathroom had a broken plug and was unusable. The toilet paper holder needed to be tightened as the roll would fall off. The toilet itself took over 20 minutes (or more, I walked away after 20 minutes) to refill. It begs to say that the property needs some maintenance. Would I stay there again? Absolutely!
