First time staying here. I would definitely stay here again when an event is at the Pittsburgh Indoor Arena!

Disliked: The staff are rude and racist. The lady at the front desk lacks customer care and was rude.. making racist remarks simply because we asked her to change the room or fix the light in the room. will never recommend this for any person of color

Liked: Location was convenient.
Disliked: The place was disgusting, we switched rooms 3 times and they progressively got worse. Each rooms smelled of smoke, rooms were not clean, lamps were broken, shower didn't work in one room, and the TV was broken in another. Just overall not clean. The front desk staff did not have very good customer service skills and were not friendly at all.
