Liked: Great staff, clean rooms, great accommodationsI had a problem with my room, it smelled like someone had smoked in there while the person's room I was traveling with did not. I politely asked to change rooms and they were amazing about it! They were very accommodating. I spoke with a kind lady on the phone when confirming my booking and she remembered me hours later when I had to call and ask about arrival times. The rooms had a few areas of chipped paint, but room and service I received was perfect.
Disliked: My first room was clean, but had a tobacco smoke smell to the room
