Disliked: Dirty carpet! Your feet were nasty if you were barefoot. Room very run down in places. We also asked for the room to be cleaned and it didn’t happen

Disliked: I didn't like the fact that there were bugs on one of the beds in the room, we took pics for proof. I didn't like that when I went down to advise the clerk that I felt he just blew me off, not one time offered me a discount, I advised I wanted to be moved to a different room and received hesitation but was finally given a diff. room.I still feel that I should have been given a discount or refunded my money. I would have gladly went to another hotel.
