Disappointing

Disliked: Never received my deposit

Acceptable accommodations for the price.

Liked: Staff was very nice and accommodating. Continental breakfast included 6a-9a daily. The building is pretty old but they do a nice job keeping up with it. The halls had portable AC units in them to assist keeping it cool. The AC in our room worked great! Each room on the second floor has a slider door to the balcony. Rooms on the first floor also have sliders to the parking lot.
Disliked: The shower and tub drains visually appeared clear but we're slow to drain the water when used. I stayed 3 nights and got out of the shower each time with several inches of standing water in the tub. Since I was only in the room to sleep and shower during my trip, the facilities were sufficient.There is NO elevators!! Will have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs if you book a balcony room.

Overall it was good.the carpets...

Liked: It was a good hotel it’s just older and needs a good deep clean and some renovations.
Disliked: Dead roaches in the hallway

Liked: The breakfast was good. They had bacon and that was a plus.
Disliked: The beds weren’t queen size. They were full which was awful .

Disliked: Room wasn't great or very clean pool was not usable and wasn't informed at check in

Just Don't

Disliked: This is a 2 floor hotel with NO elevator. The only access points to the second floor are the stairways which are located at each corner of the building. The stairways are filthy dirty, hot and humid. The hallways also littered with crumbs of all sorts. Breakfast was limited. The rooms appeared to be cleaned however I killed a cockroach on the morning of check out. I would NOT RECOMMEND staying at this particular Quality Inn.
