Not bad

Liked: The staff was friendly and nice. Airport transfer was good with decent breakfast options.
Disliked: I was quite disappointed with the initial room I was provided. It was clearly old and not well-maintained. Most frustratingly, the power supply was unreliable—a basic expectation in any hotel. I had to ask the front desk for a different room that was in better condition. Why would you even consider providing such a room to your clients in the first place? I suggest checking the functionality of room facilities before assigning them to guests.
