Worse Stay Ever

Liked: I'm going to be totally honest the only thing I liked was that the facility was near shopping areas.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that the breakfast was just cereal, oatmeal,donuts,and fruit. I had to pay to get in the indoor water pool and that should have been including in the hotel stay. I killed several roaches in the bathroom and the ones crawling on the window curtains. The staff was not friendly at all. It was trash in the hallways and the elevators was broke. The lights in the bathroom worked sometimes. I had to put the microwave on the floor to heat my food because the cord didn't reach the outlet.

I would never stay here...

Disliked: Where to begin? The windows on the closet was broken, strong odor in the room.The outlets had no cover on them, the light in the bathroom didn't work.There was a white stain on the floor, no garbage bin, the refrigerator was on the floor. The furniture was falling apart and one drawer in the stand was in upside down.Scraps of wallpaper were placed on the walls to cover up holes, ducktape was holding up the trim of the carpet.

Disliked: The staff cancelled my reservation as a "no show" despite calling to let them know I'd be late. Then the guy at the desk acted like he had no idea what I was talking about even though he was the one I had spoken to on the phone. I had to beg for my room back AND pay for 2 nights despite only actually getting the room for 1 night.

Disliked: The shower didn’t work. The toilet didn’t work and they refused to give me a new room

Disappointing

Liked: Not much. Drinking on the starwells, leaving beer cans and food behind. All doors unlocked. Trash everywhere outside , especially around the entry doors. Toilet slow as well as the dry sink. Carpet was sticky and AC unit was dirty and hardly keep room cool. Bed was warn. Could use a good cleaning everywhere. Oh, and 1 elevator worked as others were not. Very inconvenient for me. I booked a 2 bed room and they tried to give me a one. Never again

Liked: Location and Immediate Availability
Disliked: The couch and chair in the sitting room area of our suite were soiled and looked like they belonged to a homeless person, there was No kleenex in the bathroom slot where they were supposed to be, elevators to 4th floor where ourroom was were not operating the day we checked out, and there was no creamer (dry or other) for the coffee/tea available in the suite/room. The "Breakfast included" was something else to be desired.CAUTION: NOT a great place for an Indoor Waterpark either

Absolutely disgusting!

Liked: Nothing! Place is completely run down!
Disliked: Trash! Got 2 rooms, which were not jointed or near one another. Could not lock either door to the rooms at night, rooms smelled horrible where we had to go buy air fresheners, sheets were stained, one of the couches was broken and couldn’t sit on. Breakfast??? Not what they describe on the website. Had the ask the front desk at check in about the water park and after the 3rd time asking ended up walking away. Do not recommend staying at this location, they honestly should be shut down because of how rundown it is
