Should have stayed elsewhere

Liked: Pool was ok.
Disliked: Breakfast was unavailable first morning. Floors were in bad shape and wet in the bathroom. Vending machine snacks were out of date and spoiled.

Disliked: The first room had water all over the floor from the ac looked like someone kicked the door in could open but was not able to close the second room we had towles no wash rags or hand towels the towel we had had hair in them liked the has not been washed

No happy with service

Disliked: The first room they gave us. The one beds mattress was no good, the coils were no good, so the mattress saged when we lay down.Moved to a second room, and the beds were somewhat better, but the floors were filthy. Ower socks were black within 5 minutes.We came back to our room later the next day and found our room had not been serviced. We called down, and the front desk said they put our room on the list for the next day. We asked about coffee and fresh towels and were given 2 towels for 4 people and told no coffee. We insisted we needed more than 2 towels, we requested 4 and some face clothes. We finally got the 4 towels, and that was it. We came back to the room on the third day to find the room had been somewhat serviced. We had fresh towels, and the garage had been emptied. The bathroom was not cleaned, and the floors were not swept or mopped as our feet were still black, and the beds weren't made.
