Cheap price so you get...

Liked: The location was great for our trip.
Disliked: The room needed lots of upkeep. Bathroom tiles for the baseboards were falling off. The TV wouldn't even tune to a beds channel.The door needed to be replaced or some weather stripping. You could literally see outside. Floors were spotted with gum stains or something. No walking around the room without shoes on. The pool area was so unsafe. Definitely needs upkeep done to the place. Wouldn't recommend or stay again.

When booked we were told...

Liked: Location ,friendly staff
Disliked: Stinks, loud at night, breakfast was only generic corn flakes. After 4 days we never saw room cleaning but they did give us what we needed to clean it ourselves. Will never use booking.com again if this is the best they can do.

Liked: Close to ucf campus
Disliked: Hotel was gross. Room was musty, room gross, sheets looked nasty and bathroom was disgusting

Liked: Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: The motel has recently been remodeled, but you can tell that it was putting lipstick on a pig. The place was disgusting and absolutely filled with druggies and bums loitering all over. Didn't want to use the shower or toilet because they were disgusting.
