A very comfortable place to...

Liked: 15 minutes from Universal studios.Room big enough for a family or group.Beds are comfortable and big enough for 3 people or one adult and 2 kids.Enough space for a air mattress.Tv, microwave and good size fridge.Small Pool but very nice.Many restaurants and fast food options near by.Lot of security in the area.Breakfast was included and it had many options.Staff was wonderful and very friendly.The most important thing lot's of parkings and very peaceful place!!

Liked: Location and parking
Disliked: Room smell bad, mattresses were so worn out that become uncomfortable. Not well cleaned. The guy who assisted me with the check in were rude, giving me attitude and didn’t give me my id back- didn’t bother to call me and let me know he had it in the front desk either. I found out after coming back home

Liked: Excellent for an overnight stay before travelling to port Canaveral. Room was perfectly fine

Was good for 1 night...

Liked: For what we needed it was ok, the buildings are outdated especially the washrooms. Furniture showed some damage, and tv was small compared to other hotels. On a good note we really enjoyed the pool.We were unable to use breakfast as we had to be at airport by 6am.

Poor

Liked: The room is right off the main road and the doors are locked at night. The front office staff got me checked in quickly but without many words or greetings. Once I got up to my room, the overwhelming smell of old cigarette smoke and mold is what hit me first. Everything was stained and old (couch, chairs, fridge, sinks, tub). The bathroom floor was dirty and everything felt sticky. I wouldn't walk around with my flip flops off or take anything out of my suitcase unless I was using it. The only good thing is the sheets seemed clean and the bed was comfortable. I was exhausted, so that was a huge bonus. It was very loud in the room and you could hear every noise from outside. Breakfast looked sad the next morning with few options, but I didn't try anything.
