Liked: View, but couldn't enjoy from balcony, because it was a walkway.
Disliked: Very run down, expected a balcony, it was a walkway, window dirty, plug didn't work in bathroom, pop machine didn't work. Never once came to clean room throughout my stay! VERY disappointing I can't get away often, $800 wasted Not sure how they are even open .

Liked: The bay was pretty and calm. It was nice to watch the dolphins and see hermit crabs in their natural habitat.
Disliked: The pool wasn’t heated, so we were unable to go swimming. There was no hot tub. The beach was filthy. The restaurant was only opened one night out of the three we stayed and in my opinion was way over priced for what we received. Once we arrived we were charged an additional $113 for having our dog with us at a pet friendly hotel.

Disliked: The property kind of sucked when the cement where our room was was all cracked up so it was nerve wrecking to park there in fear of popping a tire The room wasn’t that great either the bathroom was super small when thinking of renting a king suite you’d think they’d have a bigger bathroom with a nice bathtub that you can’t even fit into

Disliked: There was a staff member that wasn't very friendly. Asking for anything or questions was a major inconvenience for the person in question. Also the door had to be slammed to open or close
