Good convient comfortable place to...
Liked: Bed was comfy. The hotel was quiet
Disliked: The is an extra city tax or county tax added on thats different from the booking.com taxes added at the end of ur total price. The hotel said they cannot reach anyone at booking to get this added during ur online booking. So expect extra fee at this location :(

This felt like a scam....
Liked: The only redeeming quality of this "hotel" is the kind and helpful staff. With the exception of the manager, who was quite rude and disrespectful, everybody was welcoming.
Disliked: We had to switch rooms twice because the pullout bed was disgusting and the rooms were not well cleaned. The night desk worker, Alexa, tried to help but said that most of the rooms are in poor condition at the moment. The next morning we tried to talk to the manager - He didn't even look at the photos we'd taken, he just said "that's how it is right now," admitting that the conditions are pretty poor. He tried to explain it away by listing how much money is being spent on fixing the place up, hundreds of thousands on renovations and tens of thousands per month on rent. We stood uncomfortably listening and again tried to explain how frustrated and upset we were, at which point he offered us a ten dollar refund instead of the full refund we clearly deserved. We should not have had to switch rooms twice. We got barely any sleep because we had to spend time meticulously inspecting rooms and switching between them. The conditions were not worth the $105 the room cost which was above the $98 price quoted on booking.com at time of booking. Honestly, I doubt the conditions were up to code. I feel as if we were mislead by the largely good reviews on the listing site and the lack of acknowledgement of a recent change in ownership or ongoing renovations which may have contributed to the inconsistency in room quality. Although all three rooms were variously unclean, the third floor rooms we tried out were clearly less updated than the second floor room we were originally in. We were put in rooms 205, 315, and 321 if I remember correctly. After such an uncomfortable experience with the manager, three different dirty rooms, and feeling like crap the next day from not getting enough sleep because of the time it took to find a tolerable room, I feel like we deserved a refund. Maybe this hotel should spend less time trying to excuse their poor quality of rooms and more time auditing their cleaning staff and upgrading old, stained beds.

I had an amazing stay!
Liked: There was a nice pleasant atmosphere, the hotel inside and outside is kept well,friendly and heplful staff. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room,bathroom, bed linens and bath towels. Excellent breakfast! Whenever I come back to visit, this is definitely where I will come to. I had an amazing Stay!
Disliked: nothing that I couldn't handle

Liked: The customer service is amazing, and makes up for the minor issues. Every single person (front desk, housekeepers and breakfast worker) was super friendly, knowledgeable and engaged in conversation - I truly felt like a guest! The rate was very reasonable, and the room was more spacious than I expected.
Disliked: There were some structural issues - the mirror on wall was crooked, and when I tried to straighten it up, I realized that the bolts it was on were sunken in and not in studs (the drywall around them was broken). There was also a crack on the side of the heating/cooling unit where sunlight and cold air (and I imagine moisture) get in. Also minor issues with cleanliness - when I went to plug my computer in, I realized that the underside of the desk has not been wiped in quite some time. And there were some spots on the outer wall of the tub that had not been cleaned, as well as random hairs in the phone coil. The curtains are very sheer. The sunlight woke me before my alarm (not the greatest feeling), and my massage therapist who came to give me treatment said he could see in the rooms from the parking lot.
