Disliked: Handicapped room needs some work. Bathroom needs to be more handicapped friendly.

Liked: Convenient locatio
Disliked: I left my fabric covered ice pack in the freezer. I realized this a few hours after checking out. It had not been turned into lost & found by the housekeeper. The desk staff were unable to locate it.

Liked: Glad they were working to improve the facilities
Disliked: Bathroom tile was either unfinished or poorly finished. TV was not connected to the cable. I figured out that it was attached through another input. Had I been less tech savvy, I would not have been able to watch TV

Liked: It would have been nice if there was info about the construction going on and how inconvenient the convenience hotel became for me and my family looking for a pool on a hot day
Disliked: The customer service was horrible and so was the accommodations. No stars do not recommend. Hair in the bed upon stepping in room and hair in bathtub . No one cared not even the hotel or booking.com
