Disliked: Fridge made a terrible loud noise, had to unplug it.

Disliked: Crazy deposit they assigned to the accommodation period, since I received 2 rooms for only 1 night my rent was value 335 CAD, I couldn't imagine how they can ask for 600 CAD as deposit, and i was in bad position to refuse or cancel the reservation, also heating system was horrible,smell wasn't healthy i turned off and kept my self wearing jacket.

Good place, but was concerned...

Liked: The room was basic, modular but clean. It appeared as though the installers didn't quite utilize the space quite the way it was intended, but that is nothing so be concerned about. The beds had good bedbug covers, the room had been recently renovated. The breakfast was hot and there were many options. The staff were very friendly.
Disliked: A hard charge was put on our credit card for $300, not a hold, a hard charge. I had to specifically communicate through booking.com to get this reversed. When we asked for an extra pillow, we were told that the hotel was completely sold out for the night and there were none to be had, yet the next morning, staff were commenting on how slow it was the night before.The breakfast had only one option for people who suffer from gluten issues which was the eggs, (I hope). It would be nice to have a muffin or bread that could be an option at breakfast, or atleast some bacon or sausage.
