Liked: The woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and gave great recommendations. Everything was very clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again.

Will not stay again.
Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The door had obviously been damaged, but poorly repaired. I didn't feel safe. I had to put a chair in front of it

Terrible experience I would warn...
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The elevator is broken. It was very dated dirty. The run was not clean stains on the carpet and on the furniture the bathroom was not clean and there were people in the parking lot drinking beers and smoking pot all night loudly.

Disliked: I (Manish K) booked my stay via booking.com (ConfirmationNo: 4841090372). On reaching the hotel on 16May2025 I was told by "Mark" at the front office that the hotel is overbooked and as a courtesy will be refunded my entire booking amt. Also,he told that the same has been communicated to booking.com,the amount has been sent back to them, and booking.com will refund to us further. Mark very categorically stated "ENTIRE BOOKING AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED" and that he has the GM's approval email in front of him on the screen (he was looking at) against my booking.When no refund came today (20May2025), I spoke to booking.com and to my surprise they said they have no information that the hotel declined my stay on showing up on 16 May 2025. They asked me to follow up with them for the status of refund. On speaking to the "GM" of your hotel I was told it will only be 1 night refund which is a rude shock! That was NOT the communication from Mark that night! My elderly parents were already checked in and we had to stay away from them. The GM tried blaming it on misunderstanding, wrong phone no, hospitality industry norms etc etc etc etc. However, I repeat, Mark very categorically mentioned that "ENTIRE BOOKING AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED" and that he has the GM's approval email in front of him on the screen (he was looking at) against my booking.So was Mark lying to me OR is GM now backtracking on the commitment?It is quite an appalling situation honestly and am disappointed by the unprofessionalism of your hotel!

Nice staff, horrible facility.
Liked: The manager was very nice. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: There was a folded towel that was dirty - it had someone else’s poop stains on it. The toilet also had poop stained on the back of the bowl. We left a day early because it was so gross.

I had a clear bed...
Liked: The location
Disliked: The hotel room had a highly unusual smell, like food had gone bad in the refrigerator and been left for a very long time. I had to open up all the windows but was uncomfortable leaving them open while I slept because the screens seemed loose and easily detached. There was also no remote control in the room. I called the front desk and was told that he would get one for me. The remote control was never delivered. I finally figured out how to control the TV from the underside of the TV but that was very cumbersome so I gave up on it
