We would never go back...

Liked: location for us was good, even if the desk did not know about anything around. The room was clean and well maintained, except for lamps not working. One was unplugged and might have worked except one could not get to the plug to find out. One was without a switch.
Disliked: There was no breakfast. Even the coffee machine in the lobby was broken and mgt did not care to bring any in. Coincidentally the juice machine was also out of order! Desk girl did not care that there was nothing there unless you wanted a machine waffle. Desk could not answer a simple question about a major road location within a mile, and did not care enough to ask anyone else. There was no one around. I had requested a ground floor room on the reservation and despite 50 of the 60 rooms (approx) being vacant that night, they gave me an upstairs walk up. Hotel was a drive up type and easy to see that there were very few cars at midnight and 7 in the morning. Room was good except for 2 lamps not working.

Liked: NOTHING HAIR IN TOWELS IN ROOM NO COFFEE OR JUICE FOR BREAKFAST CEREAL WAS STALE. CHECKIN PERSON WAS RUDE

It was a good price...

Liked: The room was a nice size. Good location. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: The AC did not work well. The room had a funny smell when we first walked in. I was accidentally charged twice and I talked to Sarah she and I figured out what happened. And I still have not been refunded my 90.97 yet. It is a weekend so I am hoping it will be refunded Monday. The halls were a bit dirty. I hope it was just because we checked in in the evening. There was a lady out side not sure if she stayed there or was just homeless. If I did not know the area I would have thought it was a place for homeless to hang around.
