Quality Inn & Suites North Charleston - Ashley Phosphate, North Charleston

The clerks up front were very rude and disrespectful. I'm positive that people who make reservations online like myself will only stay here once. The picture of the hotel online is very misleading; the rooms were dirty and old and roaches came out when I cut lights off. I wish I could have my $97 back on that one.

Disliked: That someone got shot right under my room. The police was there before the shooting happened everyday.the Male stuff was rude. DoNT GO !!!! Not safe!!!!!

Liked: Ash the owner is a great man! He was more than accommodating for my wife and I. We will stay here every time we work in Charleston!
Disliked: Nothing just waiting for the season for the pool to be open.

Liked: The staff was extremely nice and having cops around the parking lot made me feel safer.
Disliked: The parking was horrible. I kept having to drive around in circles until someone left so I could park. I also had to park on the completely opposite side of my room.

Liked: Nothing at all I liked, did not felt safe and room smelled like smoke. The air/heat was not working and rooms very old looking. M

Disliked: The bathrooms were so dirty my family did not want to take showers. The linens were dirty and stained when we asked for new comforters staff had an attitude. After a long wait the new comforter were still stained and had holes in them. My family did not feel safe with the constant traffic ALL NIGHT.

Liked: The hotel wasn’t close to anything like the stuff told me. The hot water in the shower took about 20 minutes to heat up before you could shower. All they had for breakfast was waffles and cereal. People being loud all through the night. My experience was terrible

Disliked: The black mold, the water leaking up through the floors upstairs and downstairs, someone got shot while inside of 159 while I was there, Ash the general manager is very rude and disrespectful, they have roaches, bedbugs, and something is broken inside every room, A/C, Door, TV, Phone something

Liked: Only good thing was the location, it is close to most anything you need while visiting. The staff was friendly enough.
Disliked: The room was nasty. The bed had been made w/dirty sheets (hair), hair on toilet & tub, soiled toilet bowl that hadnt been cleaned. Floors in the entire building were gross, not even swept, stained carpets. Pool bottom was covered with debris & dirt.
