The clerks up front were very rude and disrespectful. I'm positive that people who make reservations online like myself will only stay here once. The picture of the hotel online is very misleading; the rooms were dirty and old and roaches came out when I cut lights off. I wish I could have my $97 back on that one.

Liked: I'm for one the place was covered in mold and both rooms that they put me and so I would have to say no I would never ever stay there again it was very moldy and very unclean the man told us that they said you know they shut the pool down but if we chose to swim we swim at our own risk

Unbelievably disgusting.

Disliked: This was the worst hotel I've stayed in. Staff was unattentive or absent, charged my credit card twice, and the room was gross. Sheets were stained, bathroom was nasty, coffee maker was missing parts to make coffee. There was no ice for the rooms as staff allowed contract workers to empty the one ice maker they had on the property. Just awful. Do not waste your money at this hotel.

Liked: This was the most disgusting hotel room I have ever seen. There was damage to the floor of the bathtub, part of the ceiling was ripping off near the shower head, and the shower drain was black and gross looking. There sink backed up completely and wouldn’t drain, there was a hole in the desk, and the toilet continually flushed itself all night long. After no one answered the phone at the front desk, I took the back off the toilet to see if I could fix it and it was covered with black mold. There were crackers on the floor—some of them half eaten. I wrote the general manager and asked to have my money refunded. I’m sure the health department would find this place as disgusting as I did. We originally planned to stay 2 nights, but left early morning after the 1st night. Couldn’t leave there fast enough. I told my friends I was visiting locally to advise everyone to avoid this hotel like the plague!!!
