Friendly staff but dated building
Liked: Our toilet was broken so we had to changed rooms

Disliked: I had a stay of only 9 hours and a horrible experience. We arrived in the room and it smelled awful, the air conditioning was off, and when we turned it on it smelled even worse! As it was a quick stay we decided not to complain, we just wanted to rest and go out as we were on business. But to our surprise, a few days later we received a charge of $250 on our card. I called to see what it was about and was told that it would be returned in 7 days as a security deposit. but to our surprise, after the deadline had passed, we called again and they told us that it was a violation of the rules to smoke in the room, and the smell was already there and when we turned on the air conditioning it got worse, even though they claimed that we didn't smoke they treated us very badly and said that they weren't going to give us our money back. As I've been a customer at several hotels in various places, I'm sure that American Express will refund my money, so be warned, it's not fair to be charged for something you didn't really do.
