Exceptional

Liked: How the lady help me out by checking me out of my room on the 6th in the morning time and then was able to check me back into the same room that morning instead of us having to come back later that day I was so grateful for that husband had to go to work and didn't know when he was going to get off and I just got off work and just wanted to sleep. I wish I remember her name but I don't and if I was able to vote employee of the month she would definitely have my vote. I hope she is able to read this and remembers the little family that she did that for just wanted to thank you again you made my morning that day

Our overall stay was great....

Liked: We arrived early, and since our room was not available due to the heat, the representative upgraded us to a suite at no additional charge, and we were right in front of the pool and on the ground floor as requested. Exceptional support!
Disliked: The air conditioning in the suite only pulled air from the widow ac unit causing the livingroom area to stay warm, and breakfast was a little overcooked. Parking options were not great on the end by our room and to fridge did not get coldd. Also found spiders in the bathroom.

Decent hotel for one night

Liked: Safe area, staff was friendly, breakfast was just okay but that’s normal for hotels
Disliked: Room smelt like mildew very strongly, may have a water leak but we only stayed for one night so just ignored it and got sleep
