Quality Inn & Suites Near the Theme Parks

It was good except for room situation.

Liked: Location and breakfast.
Disliked: Giving our room AWAY to somebody else - we got it back but unsettling!

Convenient to Fairgrounds, good basic value. Clean and spacious room at a reasonable price. Would use again.

Never had problems checking into a hotel. Rude, inconsiderate and nasty.

Liked: My stay was ok, was there for a conference so it was close to where I needed to be, they were doing renovations on the building, overall ok
Disliked: Elevator super slow, there was no microwave in the room

Liked: It felt safe, wasn’t crowded, not a lot of riffraff going on. The staff was exceptional! Everything we asked for was accommodated immediately and the staff was very friendly to our children. Big plus was when one of our children accidentally left their Nintendo switch in our room after we checked out, the staff called me and we were still in town to come back and get it. The included breakfast was great and there was a good selection. We really had a wonderful stay.
Disliked: The property is outdated and undergoing renovations so it’s not the prettiest or newest looking place but everything was clean and kept up so we didn’t mind.

I will not be staying...

Disliked: My bathroom flooded in one of the rooms and I had to go to my uncle’s room and stay. We decided to leave early, but we were not compensated.

Disliked: Only reason we stayed was because of pool, they didn’t inform us it was closed our entire stay or we wouldn’t have stayed here. They also didn’t bother to see if guests could utilize pools at neighboring facilities. Property is very run down. They can’t get the key cards to work, was locked out multiple times and had to return to desk to reactivate. Shower runs continuously. Floor in bathroom has water under it which seeps back up and through when you walk on it. I don’t know how there couldn’t be mold there given the continuous wetness. Breakfast was not worth bothering with.
