Quality Inn & Suites near St. Louis and I-255

Our visit was really a nice one! The hotel appearance is nice, and the location was quiet, but close to local highways. Staff are friendly, helpful, and considerate. There is a nice pool to swim in if you choose. Our room was a king suite, very roomy, comfortable bed and bedding, plenty of electrical outlets for charging phones, etc. The restroom was clean and everything worked as you would expect. Breakfast was fresh, as I had seen them restock breakfast foods each day. This was a nice place to stay!

Liked: The hotel rooms are clean, stocked, and we did not have a problem with noise!
Disliked: The breakfast was not properly stocked, but upon asking, the staff got right on it.

We stayed for one night - great hospitality. All the employees were SUPER NICE. Room was clean when we arrived. We were very satisfied with everything. There is a Walmart right next door.

Liked: Very accommodating.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: horrible it smelled horrible. They checked this in into handicap room 123 on the first floor. Long story there was a towel that had a blood stain shower was nasty dirty on top of that was adjoining room people next to us were trying to open door all night and hitting the door where I was above us it was so loud. We couldn’t even get a one minute of rest. we went to the front desk three times at midnight to report t. and the men was out sleeping in the chair we checked out leaving note to him that this is not acceptable we technically never stayed. and i was charged for this room we dove back 400 miles to iowa tired don’t stay here it’s say non smoking and place smell like cigarettes and marijuana everywhere and there was open condom rapper in our trash how is this ok i ask for my money back

Not a good neighborhood at...

Liked: I didn't like anything about it, it was located in a high-crime neighborhood. When we arrived at 2am there were several young people riding up and down the sidewalks on small bikes, abandoned buildings, and just a general feeling of neglect in the area.
Disliked: We decided to go somewhere else and not risk our safety in the neighborhood. I have tried getting a refund and am being completely ignored by both the hotel and the corporate management. Booking is trying to get my refund, but they ignore Booking too.

Fast check-in, but serious cleanliness...

Liked: The only positive part was that the booking process was easy, and when I arrived, the front desk quickly found my reservation.
Disliked: Hello, I recently stayed at your hotel and I’d like to share some feedback respectfully, hoping it helps improve your service. The booking process was easy, and check-in was fast, which I appreciated. However, I encountered several issues: the bathroom was dirty, the sheets didn’t seem clean, there was a strong odor in the hallways, and housekeeping didn’t clean the room or remove the trash. I also saw small cockroaches in the room. Lastly, one staff member wasn’t very friendly, and I felt I was treated differently, which made me uncomfortable. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

Clean, friendly, and convenient location...

Liked: The breakfast area, pool, & small workout room were all decent accommodations for the price and the staff attentiveness was stellar! Would visit again.

Liked: I’m not much of a breakfast person and your breakfast was adequate but there were several issues; the flow on the waffle batter machine was so slow many guests, me included, simply gave up on using it. The scrambled eggs were very dry but edible and the coffee was good.
Disliked: i didn’t like the mold in my bathroom. I have photos if you want them. I have had a liver transplant and my immune system is compromised so mold, especially black mold scares me. The floor in my entire room was sticky and my shoes stuck to the floor when I was walking. The cleanliness of the bathroom, starting at the doorway, behind the toilet and under the faucet in the vanity was gross, again I have photos if you’d care to se them. The bathroom door wouldn’t close al the way. I personally will never book into one of your facilities again nor would I recommend it to others.
