Liked: The staff was really nice Ashley in the other young lady with the braids at the front desk all of the front desk is really nice to me
Disliked: The food is good they should really add boiled eggs everyone doesn't like fried eggs or scramble you should be able to take your food to your room I don't want to eat my breakfast around people blowing their nose

Liked: The staff was really nice Ashley was really nice to me and my daughters I'm sure she will remember me and two other ladies the one with braids and the other one with glasses they were very nice everyone was very nice the food was good I think you should add boiled eggs to the menu and let the customers be able to take their food back to their room and eat breakfast people are not as clean as other people, when I eat my breakfast I don't want to hear someone blowing their nose just a thought!!!
Disliked: Well I stayed there for a while my first couple of days I stayed on the second floor was horrible people knocking on your doors and it smells like pee real bad!!!and all the cocktail table legs was broke, when Ashley moved me to the third floor I wanted to stay even longer it was really nice smell nice in the room was way cleaner!!!!

Never again

Disliked: We found a bedbug in one of our beds… and they said they don’t do refunds if the room isn’t infested!! Like we bring it with us!

It could’ve been better.

Liked: I like the location and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: My first room blanket had stains on it so they switched my room. The second room the bathroom tub was nasty. It had hair and dirt ring and on the shower curtain. Like some took a bath. I didn’t want to switch rooms again so housekeeping cleaned it the next day. They only took $20 off. I should’ve gotten credit for at least one night of stay due to all of this. I had stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. I won’t return and I come every month to Chicago. That whole hotel needs a fresh coat of paint.
