Will not stay again

Liked: Staff was nice. Beds were comfortably
Disliked: Room walls were smeared with something. Bathroom when you would use it the sink drain would push up a dark liquid.

Liked: i liked how it was close to good restaurants .
Disliked: the lady at the front desk was an a-hole . i called the night before to ask if they had early check in they said yes then i had told them ill be there earlier than check in time the guy said okay a room will be ready when i arrive… arrived room was not ready & the lady at the front desk tried gaslighting me making it seem like i didn’t call last night telling me that she was there all night & never got a call abt coming early , when i have proof with my call log (when checking out the guy that answered my call was actually at the desk) but that was just the customer service…. got to the room there’s a bottle with pee in it on the floor , bathroom light was flickering the whole time , bedding had stains , ac was blasting with window open to get rid of some smell when we walked in , shower didn’t work well , there was loose screws in the bathroom on the towels , toilet wouldn’t flush either . but other than that it wasn’t super dirty . it’s a place to book for just a night if you really have to . ended up leaving tho didn’t even stay the whole night

Liked: The inside of the hotel was so run down and dirty. The room was clean but everything was so old . It’s nothing the house keepers can do , it’s needs more work. It felt so dirty and uncomfortable. I didn’t even eat breakfast because it felt and look so bad. I will not stay at this location again. Needs a renovation! Make it comfortable for the guest.
