Disliked: The attitude of a rep whom I talked to after the stay about the authorization required for the stay.

Liked: Cool A/C. Good breakfast choices.
Disliked: Both key cards stopped working and the clerk blamed us for it. The sheets were stained and the comforter was torn

Liked: For the price it was ok. There was no room available downstairs and I am handicapped so it was very difficult to manage the stairs. Only complaint.
Disliked: Not enough room on the lower levels for handicaps.

Liked: Clean, convenient location, very friendly staff, quiet neighborhood, good firm beds, and good water pressure in shower, and air conditioning was very good.
Disliked: Air conditioner worked very well but was a bit noisy. I visited a Quality Inn in the past and the breakfast had much more of a variety. Including fresh scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, and hot cakes.
