Quality Inn & Suites near Downtown Mesa

Liked: The rooms had been remodeled. The staff was very nice and responded to all my questions and concerns.
Disliked: Location is a bit rough. My toilet broke twice while I was staying for three days. They tried to fix but it messed up again.

Liked: First of all it was very noisy and I got very little sleep! Second, I have never been asked for a deposit at a Quality Inn. I gave them a $100 deposit on my Visa card and was told it would credited back to my account in 4-7 days but still have not seen the money and it has been over a week.

Disliked: The breakfast was horrible. We had a quarter of a waffle. It wasn't good. You need biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage. Something that gets a person going in the morning. There was no laundry soap to do laundry.
