Liked: After finding bugs in my room the night clerk, Chris, was very accommodating in getting me to a room with no bugs.
Disliked: When I checked in I found some small bugs skittering across the TV armoire. I left for a meeting. Upon my return more bugs on the night stand.

The worst stay for my...

Liked: Close to the gym my son had a tournament.
Disliked: The hotel room was not to a clean hotel standards. Holes on the wall, dirty and stained walls. The toilet was not working and a plunger was brought to me in a bucket so that I can plunge the toilet at 9:45PM. The property manager came after 10PM to plunge the toilet and snake the toilet and it still was not fixed.

It was clean, and sufficient...

Liked: LocationWas beautiful, staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Our bed had sharp rods sticking out. I hit it once at the end of the bed. Knew to avoid it and then hit another sharp pole in the middle of the bed on the bottom. The room was cold but very humid ! We felt very cold wet if that makes sense
