Quality Inn & Suites Montrose - Black Canyon Area

Good

Disliked: Was supposed to pay at the property and before 7pm the staff was already charging my card for the value as if I had not shown. Then it was declined (purposefully, as I keep limit low to make sure stuff like this does not happen), and they called repeatedly to complain that I needed to update the card. I was having dinner in town already and almost had to leave to sort this - while the staff could have waited a bit longer.

Decent, reliable place to stay....

Liked: Decent hotel, everything worked. Staff competent, hotel clean, breakfast decent.
Disliked: My room had a pungent odor of some kind of spice. If I hadn't been so tired, it might have interfered with my sleep!
