Disliked: The hotel was being remodeled. Specifically asked before arrival if the property had a pool was told yes was not told the pool had not been opened all season. Was told after arrival the remodel and the pool being closed was on the website it wasn’t. I had to check out after one night. The property double charged my card they charged for the full weekend which I paid on arrival then when I checked out they said they were crediting one night back only to discover they charged my card and additional $90 instead of returning it. When asked about the extra charge I was told it would take 7-10 business days for the refund of the extra charge

Disliked: Housekeeping did not clean my room or change sheets… bed was very uncomfortable and old… bathtub was broken… phone did not work… very unhappy with my stay

Liked: The staff was very nice and friendly.
Disliked: The breakfast was subpar. Hours need to be extended. Very dated propert..they are renovating whic is much needed. The towels were not good and only provided one per guest. The beds were not firm.

Liked: Location! It was close to everything I needed!
Disliked: They put me in a smoking room. The odor was pretty horrible. The first time I stayed here I was completely fine with the other room that was non-smoking. Grade deduction was because they never called me back to offer me a non-smoking room even though they said they would.
