Liked: The staff is always great. We had a problem with our TV and the response was quick and wonderful.
Disliked: We have stayed in the Monroe facility for years now and have noticed a huge change. The cut backs that they have made are very challenging to us. Not enough bath towels, wash clothes etc unless you ask and if you don’t have a long stay with them they don’t service you. The breakfast menu is also very sad. No early morning coffee and a very limited menu of food during the week. So you have to spend more not only for the room but also outside restaurants. So we are rethinking where we will stay next time.

Liked: This was our second time staying at this location & we got a king suite both times. This time the room seemed smaller than we remembered but we love that it’s located close to some restaurants & other places to go.
