Liked: Good location for travel.
Disliked: There were issues with the shower handles to operate due to loose fixtures we weren't informed of, lady at desk thought we should have just figured it out. Didn't know I needed to know secret tricks to turn on a shower.

Liked: It was clean and the staff was super friendly
Disliked: No elevator, even though there were signs for vending machines there were none. The layout was kinda odd, I didn’t like that the room they put me in adjoined with the neighboring room.

Liked: The original room I booked had the ac busted. The hotel clerk got my daughter and I squared away in a new room at no extra cost. Staff were very polite. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was delicious.

Liked: Nothing rooms ain't been cleaned , Bed bugs , body ate up buns outside doors harassing people tried charging my card twice luckily for me my card was locked .

Liked: The room was clean. It is an old facility that has been updated. The lady at the front desk was very nice.
Disliked: It is not quiet. It is along the interstate and you can hear the traffic and everything going on in nearby rooms. I had to unplug the refridgerator in the room because its fan was squeeky and it made the microwave on top of it vibrate. Staff began loudly cleaning the outside hall and area before 7:00am. It was impossible to sleep. LOUD vacuuming and yelling to each other as they worked. There is nothing I hate more than not being able to sleep.The parking lot is old and in poor repair. It is not well-lit. I was traveling alone and did not feel safe (this is just my perception - but, as a woman traveling alone, it was a concern.)

Disappointing

Disliked: Don't usually post too many negative reviews, but this hotel was not "quality". We were not told the elevator was broken and we would have to carry our things up the stairs. When I asked for a first floor room, she said there would be an upcharge, which I did not feel was right. Hallways looked dated with stained carpet and unusual smells.
