Liked: The tiles in the bathroom were clean, floors clean, and bed ok.
Disliked: The toilet was leaking, and the shower tap was not working properly.

Disliked: Stayed at this hotel with friends and would definitely not recommend it to other guests. We stayed at this location for 3 days/2 nights and on the second day of our stay, housekeeping threw away a bag of my clothes and accessories costing over $120. I went to the receptionist to notify them of this issue the night that I discovered this but was turned away and told to come back in the morning when housekeeping was working. The next morning I raised this issue again but was told that the housekeeper was not working that day and that they would message them to see what was going on and follow up with the problem, but likely that nothing could be done other than crediting the stay with ~$40-ish which didn't cover the cost of even 1 item. Throughout this whole problem, I was told several things: housekeeping occurred every other day when checking in and that since they came that day, they would not be doing any housekeeping the 2nd day of our stay which was the day that my items were removed from the room. I was also told that housekeeping would have looked in the bags before throwing anything out. Combining these, I believe that my items were not thrown out but likely stolen instead. When I further raised the issue by messaging the property through the reservation site, instead of offering any more information/follow-up to this issue I was instead told that housekeeping did not throw out any clothing and doubled down on the fact that if I had placed items in the garbage or recycle bin then it would be thrown out. My items were not placed in those bins but in a separate clear plastic bag off to the side. In the end, no compensation or apology of any sort was offered and instead the message that I got back implied that I was a liar and that I should check my own luggage more clearly. The message was very condescending and unprofessional, showing very poor service. 100% would not recommend staying at this location or any branch of this inn ever again.

Disappointing

Liked: The bed was comfortable and inviting. The provision of a shuttle to and from the airport was good and very convenient. Though it wasn’t easy to find the number of the stand for the shuttle. At the airport it wasn’t prominent so couldn’t be easily seen or recognised. I liked the distance between the airport and the hotel.
Disliked: The location of this property is within fair distance from the airport and a shuttle is provided. There was a a musty smell in the reception, halls and bedroom. There is a tired look about the part of the hotel I stayed in. Chipped paintwork, drab looking and stained flooring, soft furnishings and ironing board in the room. This made it feel unclean. There were heavy curtains in the bedroom, but they could not be drawn to block out the light from the well lit car park. The bed would have been the most inviting and comfortable part of my stay, had it not been for the light coming in from the car park. The AC seemed very old and was not able to be controlled enough to cool down the room. The fridge was not turned on and there was no water in it. I was given a bottle of water at reception. There were facilities for tea and coffee but no sugar or milk to go with it if desired. I had booked only an overnight stay which included breakfast so I could catch an early flight the next morning. This was not noticed during check in, even though I had emailed about this. When I mentioned it, I was informed I could receive a ‘breakfast to go’ as I had to leave before the time breakfast would be served. However this did not happen in the morning, as the new receptionist knew nothing of the arrangement. The shuttle to the airport was booked and came on time. It’s very sad as I was looking forward to my overnight stay from the information given on the website. Unless improved I don’t think I would stay again or can recommend it to anyone.
