1/10 very disappointing to see...

Liked: The price was decent.
Disliked: The staff were very rude at check in and gave me a very hard time about having a service dog and made a big scene of it, despite me letting them know that I had put it on my reservation under request. They did not offer a first floor room. They asked for documentation which is against the law to do so. It was such an anxiety causing situation. Will not being staying here again.
